摘要
介绍了危险化学品泄漏扩散在国内外的研究情况,讨论了扩散模型在应急救援中的应用,分析了ALOHA的特性。在实例中应用ALOHA得出毒性威胁范围和燃烧威胁范围,并在Arc-V iew中显示,从而确定应急救援单位的行车路线和具体的居民疏散范围。
The article presented some studies on leakage and dispersion of hazardous chemicals accident at home and abroad, and discussed the applications of dispersion models in the emergency rescue, analyzed the characteristics of ALOHA. On an example basic analysis, the ALOHA is used to get the toxic threat zone and flammable threat zone. Zones were displayed on AreView,therefore, decision -makers can propose the routes for emergency rescue teams and determine the specific evacuation scope of residents.
