摘要 用锆钛酸铅(PZT)陶瓷制成超声换能器向结构体中发射超声波,以实现结构损伤的在线无损检测.针对混凝土结构损伤中主动超声检测的技术特点,研制了一种基于PA96的PZT高压大功率驱动放大电路,详细说明了该电路的设计原理、性能及影响因素.实验结果表明,该功率放大电路具有输出电压高、频带宽、驱动力强、稳定性和线性度好等优点,可满足超声波发射系统中超声波发射驱动的要求. Using PZT as the ultrasound transducer to emit ultrasound to structures can realize on-line NDT (Non-destructive testing) of structural damage. In light of the technological characteristics of the detection of concrete damage by active ultrasonic, a high-voltage, high-power driving amplifier for PZT based on PA96 is presented and the principle, performance and affected factors are introduced in detail. The experimental results show that this power amplifier has the advantages of high output voltage, broad bandwidth, strongly driving capability, excellent stability, and linearity. It can meet the requirements for ultrasound emitting system.
