摘要
胆色素原脱氨酶是生物体内参与四吡咯化合物生物合成过程的关键酶之一,它催化了4个底物脱去4分子氨依次连接成线形的四吡咯产物羟甲基胆素.论文总结了胆色素原脱氨酶在生化性质、晶体结构、催化机理等方面的研究成果,并介绍了该酶的一些重要氨基酸.
Porphobilinogen deaminase (PBGD) is one of the key enzymes which participate in the biosynthesis of the tetrapyrroles. PBGD catalyzes the formation of the linear tetrapyrrole hydroxymethylbilane from four molecules of monopyrrol substrate, with the elimination of four molecules of NH3. The results of research on the biochemical nature, crystal structure and catalytic mechanism are summarized in this article.
