摘要
采用大米培养基、小米培养基和大米猪血混合培养基培育蛹虫草,探索营养成分对蛹虫草子实体中的甘露醇、虫草多糖和矿物质元素的含量影响。结果表明:大米培养基培育的子实体中D-甘露醇含量最多,为13.9mg·g-1;猪血大米混合培养基培育的子实体中虫草多糖含量最高,为13.9mg·g-1;小米培养基培育的子实体所含的矿物质元素Cu、Zn、Mg、Na的含量最高,分别为13.65mg·kg-1、107.05mg·kg-1、31.95mg·kg-1和398.85mg·kg-1;而大米猪血混合培养基培育的子实体中Fe、Mn、K的含量最高,分别为75.20mg·kg-1、3.80mg·kg-1和12.28g·kg-1。。
The effect of the content of rice medium, millet medium, rice mixing pigblood medium D-Mannitol , polysaccharide and mineral elements in Cordyceps militaris L. was studied. The result indicated that Cordyceps militaris L. cultivated in rice medium had the most D-Mannitol, 13.9mg·g^-1; in rice mixing pigblood medium had the most Cordyceps polysaecharide, 13.9mg·g^-1; in millet medium had the most mineral elements including Cu,Zn,Mg,Na, 13.65mg·kg^-1, 107.05mg·kg^-1, 31.95mg·kg^-1, 398.85mg·kg^-1 respectively; in pigblood mixing rice medium had the most mineral elements including Fe, Mn, K, 75.20mg·kg^-1, 3.80mg·kg^-1, 12.28g·kg^-1 respectively.
