摘要
目的观察评价针刺加梅花针对女性痤疮患者治疗的效果及机理。方法将60例女性痤疮患者随机分为治疗组(针刺加梅花针)、对照组(服用中药清热暗疮片),观察2组的疗效,并用放射免疫分析法检测2组患者治疗前后其血清中睾酮(T)含量的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,明显优于对照组73.33%,2组具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组经治疗后患者的血清T水平明显降低(P<0.01),且与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针刺加梅花针治疗痤疮疗效明显优于药物,且对女性患者血清中T水平有较好的调节作用。
OBJECTIVE To observe and evaluate the effect and mechanism of acupuncture treatment with plum-blossom needle on serum testosterone of female acne patients. METHOD Sixty female acne patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Those in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture plus plum-blossom needle, and those in the control group were treated with Chinese drugs. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the changes in the serum testosterone in both groups. RESULT The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33 %, compared with 73.33 % in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Serum T level in the treatment group dropped markedly （ P 〈 0.01 ）, with marked difference from the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION Acupuncture plus plum - blossom needle is more effective than Chinese drug in the treatment of acne, which also has regulating effect on serum T in female patients.
