摘要 以小分子量的聚乙二醇(PEG)作为添加剂制备聚砜超滤膜,通过添加不同分子量和不同质量分数的聚乙二醇,改变了膜结构性能。制膜液由聚砜(PSF)/N-甲基-2-砒咯烷酮(NMP)/聚乙二醇组成,凝固液为超滤水,聚砜质量分数选用14%-18%。通过黏度,纯水通量、截留率及扫描电子显微镜图像来评价聚砜和聚乙二醇质量分数对膜性能的影响,制备出了性能较好的膜。将其初步用于废水处理,达到了良好的效果。 The polysulfone (PSF)ultrafiltration membranes were prepared by using the PEG(600,800,1000) as additives, with changing the molecular weight of PEG additive and the ratio of PEG, the structure formation of membrane is changed. The membranes were prepared by using polysulfone(PSF)/N- methyl -2 -pyrrolidone (NMP)/polyethylene glycol(PEG) casting solution and water coagulant,the polymer solution is formulated by varying polymer concentration,which is for PSF in the range of 14% -18% (wt). The thermodynamic and kinetic properties of membrane -forming system were studied through viscosity, SEM ,flux and rejection. Based on the experiment results, the fit PSF membrane is made, and it applied to wastewater treatment, and achieved better treating efficiency.
