摘要
建筑工程造价控制直接影响到工程的社会经济效益及其既定目标的实现。本文简要论述目前建筑工程造价控制中存在的主要问题,并提出一些解决办法,希望能为建筑工程造价控制的相关实践提供一定的帮助。
The control of project cost directly affect the socioeconomic performance and the intended purpose of the project. This paper elaborated on the current existing main problems in the control of Project Cost briefly, and recommended some solutions, it is hoped that to a certain degree, this paper can provide help to the control of Project Cost.
