摘要
为了提高物流服务水平和降低物流成本,汽车公司与物流服务商一道不断优化供应网络结构,调整物流配送中心的位置和数量,不但要考虑物流网络运行费用,还要考虑物流中心发展环境的可接受性,包括社会政策的稳定性、交通的便利性以及经济上的合理性,是一个两阶段的寻优决策过程。基于一汽-大众公司东北地区入厂物流中心的选址问题,首先使用欧几里德选址模型确定配送中心的地理位置,在最优位置区域寻找备选对象,然后建立评价指标体系,利用AHP(层次分析法)与模糊评价法对该地域的备选位置进行评价,最后对备选位置的可接受性做出判断,为物流网络的中、长期决策提供了科学方法。
In order to improve the service level and lower the cost of logistics, all automotive corporations constantly optimize the supply network and adjust the location and number of logistics distribution center. They have to consider not only operational cost of logistics network but also the acceptance of surroundings for logistics development, including the stability of social policy, the transport convenience and the economic reasonability. So it is a two-phase decision-making process for optimization. Based on the practical problem of location of logistics distribution center for FAW-VW in northeast China, the candidate locations of distribution center was offered in the most suitable regions by using Euclid model first. Then, evaluation index system for the candidate locations was established and the acceptability of the candidate locations was judged through AHP and Fuzzy method for the decision making of medium-long term development of logistics network.
