摘要
立足城市发展实际研究城市交通与土地利用相互关系的基础理论与方法,系统介绍了重复交接方法、联合模型方法、程序化模型法3种城市土地利用与交通互动关系模拟模型的建模过程,并进行了系统的分析、比较与评价。结论认为3种模型都把分散的就业者和居住的活动者作为其土地利用的组成部分,做为非经济的城市模拟模型,虽各有优缺点,但共同的主要缺点和使用限制正是他们的非经济性。同时,由于这些模型均来自国外,与我国国情现状的贴合度并不强,加之对土地利用与交通互动关系的描述,尤其是对交通系统反馈土地利用的作用力考量不足,因此还必须在实践中进一步完善。
Based on the real situation of urban development, the theory and methodology of interactive relationship between urban transportation and land-use were analyzed. Furthermore, three simulation models of land-use and transport interaction, namely, the interface-iterative model, the combined model and the programming model were introduced and compared. Finally, an evaluation system of the models was set up for analysis, comparison and evaluation.In conclusion, all the three models consider decentralized employees and inhabitants as component of land use. As "non-economic" urban imitation models, the common disadvantage of the models is the non-economic property, despite of their own advantages and disadvantages. In addition, those three models are from abroad, which do not completely suit China' s national situations. The description of interactive relationship between transportation and land-use, especially the investigation of land-use by transportation sector is not as good as expected. Therefore, the models need to be further improved in practice.
