摘要
2009年将是海南省经济增长较为困难的一年。金融危机的影响逐步加深,资本市场持续震荡波动,车市、楼市依然呈现周期性调整态势,经济增速有所放缓,经济增长的不确定性因素明显增多,将导致金融机构经营中面临诸多问题和风险。因此,本文从阐述海南省银行业面临的挑战和机遇着手,提出了相应的对策建议,力求引导银行业金融机构在当前的形势下更加有力地增加信贷规模,同时着力调整优化信贷结构,为地方经济"促增长、调结构、扩内需、上水平"提供良好的信贷环境。
