摘要
以聚乳酸为原料,生产短纤用25 dtex中空聚乳酸(PLA)初生纤维,探讨了其生产工艺。结果表明:选择纺丝速度1 400m/min,结晶温度110℃,干燥温度150℃,箱体温度280℃,侧吹风速度0.8 m/s,单体抽吸2 000 r/min,油轮转速20 r/min,喂入轮间隙472 mm的生产工艺时,可以生产出品质优良、适合后道工序加工的初生纤维。
Using Polylaetide(PLA) polymer as raw material,25dtex hollow Polylactide(PLA) as-spun fiber used for staple was produced. The production processes was discussecd. The results showed that the excellent quality and suitable for the afterprocessing manufacture as-spun fiber can be produced when the processes are as below: spinning speed 1 400 m/min, crystallization temperature 110℃, drying temperature 150 ℃, spinning manifold temperature 280℃,quench air speed 0.8 m/s,auxillary quench 2 000 r/min ,oil roller speed 20 r/min and feed rotor gap 472 mm.
