摘要
文章对火力发电厂湿式石灰石-石膏法脱硫废水的形成以及各种污染物来源做详细分析,还介绍了各种污染物的处理方法和要点;同时对现阶段各电厂现有脱硫废水处理系统工艺进行分析,对汕尾电厂脱硫废水处理系统在实际使用中出现的问题进行了分析并提供解决方案,经改造优化后取得很好处理效果。通过分析设备运行过程中出现的实际问题,对处理设备防腐、材质提出合理建议。
The formation of desulfurization wastewater of wet limestone-gypsum which come from power plant and the source of various pollutants were introduced, meanwhile, the treatment methods and main points were also introduced in the paper. The technology of the treatment system of desulfurization wastewater at present were analyzd and the the problems appeared in the practical treatment system of desulfurization wastewater of Shanwei power Pplant were also analzed and corresponding solutions were provided, good treatment effect was obtained after optimal modification. Reasonable suggestions about equipment anticorrosion and material after analyzd the problems appeared in the operation process of operating equipment were provided in the paper.
