摘要
广州油制气厂的CCR装置以天然气(NG)为原料,采用奥地利Integral公司循环催化改质制气工艺技术,生产改质人工煤气。目前该装置使用的是Synetix公司FD242A催化剂,是一种进口催化剂,其采购手续麻烦、采购周期长而且价格相当昂贵。文章则主要介绍了广州油制气厂采用由西南化工研究设计院研发的CN-33间歇转化催化剂在CCR装置上的运行试验,从采用该催化剂和进口催化剂进行天然气改质制气实际效果的对比分析,最后得出结论,该国产催化球CN-33不但完全可以满足广州油制气厂CCR装置改质制气的生产要求,而且CN-33催化剂的性能已超过进口的同类型催化剂。
The CCR device of Guangzhou oil-gas factory, making use of natural gas as raw materials, adopted catalytic cycle of the Austrian company Integral to the system of gas technology, to produce the artificial coal gas. At present, the device using a catalyst FD242A came from Synetix company. It was a catalyst for import, its procurement procedures for trouble, long procurement cycle and price was very expensive. The paper was mainly on the Guangzhou oil-gas factory used by the Southwest Chemical Industry Research and Design Institute ofR & D CN-33 intermittent catalyst in the CCR running tests on the device, from the comparison of results of using the indigenous catalyst and the catalyst of import to produce the artificial coal gas, Analysis the end, we can concluded that the indigenous catalyst CN-33 is not only fully meet the production requirements of the CCR devices of Guangzhou oil-gas factory, but the CN-33 catalyst has exceeded the performance of the same type of catalyst which import.
