摘要
利用微波干法技术,在没有载体条件下以对羟基苯甲酸钾和氯化苄为原料,三乙胺为催化剂合成了对羟基苯甲酸苄酯。探讨了辐射功率、辐射时间、催化剂用量和反应物摩尔比等条件对合成产率的影响。实验结果表明:在微波功率320 W,辐射时间9 min,对羟基苯甲酸与氯化苄摩尔比1︰1.75,三乙胺与对羟基甲酸摩尔比0.39︰1的优化条件下,最高产率可达91.3%。
Using microwave in dry process without a supporter, benzyl 4-hydroxybenzoate was synthesized with 4-hydroxybenzoic acid and benzyl chloride by triethylamine as catalyst. The influence of microwave power, microwave time, the amount of the catalyst and the molar ratio of reactant on the yield of the ester were investigated.The results indcated that the microwave power 320 W, microwave time 9 min, molar ratio of the hydroxybenzoic acid to chlorine benzyl 1 : 1.75, and molar ratio of ET3N to 4-hydroxybenzoic acid 0.39, the yield of benzyl 4-hydroxybenzoate was up to 91.3 %.
