摘要
利用荧光和紫外光谱法研究了洛美沙星与Al3+及DNA的相互作用。实验结果表明,Al3+能够与洛美沙星(LMX)形成二元配合物,并且一定浓度范围内Al3+对DNA和LMX的结合具有明显的促进作用。讨论了LMX-Al(Ⅲ)配合物与DNA的结合机理,证实LMX-Al(Ⅲ)配合物通过沟槽结合的方式与DNA结合,为进一步研究洛美沙星药物的抗菌杀菌机理提供了参考依据。
The interaction of lomeflaxacin(LMX) with Al^3+ and DNA was studied by fluorescence and UV spectrometric methods. The result showed that Al^3+ could react with LMX to form LMX-AI(Ⅲ) complex, and in a certain range of concentration, Al^3+ could obviously advance the combination of LMX and DNA. The combination mechanism of LMX-AI(Ⅲ) complex with DNA was discussed, and it was proved that LMX-Al(Ⅲ)combined with DNA in a mode of groove binding, which provided reference to further research the sterilization mechanism of lomefloxacin.
