摘要
采用逐步聚合方法,合成了可UV固化聚氨酯/丙烯酸酯(WPUA)乳液。探讨了制备工艺、加水分散方式、亲水扩链剂含量、中和剂及中和度等对WPUA乳液及漆膜性能的影响。结果表明,分步加料法制得的乳液粒径小、粘度高、稳定性高;随着加水速率的逐步加快,乳液外观由白色向淡蓝色逐渐转变,乳液稳定性逐步提高;乳液中亲水性扩链剂含量增加,乳液粒径减小而粘度增大;氢氧化钠、氨水和叔胺中和的乳液稳定性依次提高;三乙醇胺用作中和剂,当中和度超过100%时,乳液粘度迅速增大。
The UV-curable polyurethane-acrylate (WPUA) emulsion was synthesized by the step-polymerization method. The effects of preparation process, the ways of water dispersion, content of hydrophilic monomer, neutralizer and the degree of neutralization on the emulsion and its coating properties were researched. The results showed that the emulsion which made by step-polymerization had small particle size, high viscosity and stability. The appearance of the emulsion was changed from white to light blue and the stability was increased with faster adding-water speed. The emulsion particle size was decreased, the viscosity and stability was increased with the content of hydrophilic chain extender increased. The emulsion stability raised with sodium hydroxide, ammonia and tertiary amines in proper order. When the neutralizing degree more than 100%, emulsion viscosity increased rapidly using triethanolamine as a neutralizer.
