摘要
利用分层切片法重构物体的原理自主开发金属断裂面三维重构软件JHX-FSR,通过软件前处理模块和可视化后处理模块,分别获取金属断口的三维数据场和金属断口的三维重构结果、金属断口的定量可视化结果。分层切片法断口重构通过复杂切片二维轮廓的表面重构,重构空间几何形状复杂的断口整体形貌,从而得到精确的断口重构结果;将重构结果同断口三维数据场校验,证实该软件可较精确地重构断口;根据获取的断口宏观形貌三维数据场,对断口局部形貌特征定量可视化及定量测量,为断口智能化分析奠定一定的基础。分别通过断口定量反推、断口剖面二维切片图像定量分析和微裂纹三维重构3个方面阐述计算机分层切片法三维重构技术在金属断口定量分析中的应用和发展前景。
In light of the serial cross-sections reconstruction principle, application software which is used for the reconstruction of metallic fracture surface has been developed, its name is JHX-FSR. We can obtain the 3D data sets by JHX-FSR/pre, and obtain the reconstruction and quantitative analysis of metallic fracture surface by visualization module of ]HX-FSR application software. The more precise result of reconstruction was got by surface reconstruction of a series of complicated fracture surface section contour. The serial section reconstruction principle can build fracture surface whose morphology geometrical shape is very complicated. Its result was checked carefully by 3D data sets and turns out to be highly accurate. The local area of fracture morphology was quantitatively analyzed and measured in terms of 3D data sets, it established the foundation for the further metal intelligent research of fracture. This paper demonstrates the application of three-dimensional reconstruction to quantitative analysis of metallic fracture surface by three examples, quantitative analysis based on the relationship between fracture morphology and mechanics parameter, quantitative image processing analysis of two-dimensional image of fracture surface section plane and three-dimensional reconstruction of crack.
