C/C复合材料与镍基高温合金连接接头断裂机制的研究

摘要 C/C复合材料与镍基高温合金的连接构件在航空、航天和军工等领域具有很重要的应用前景,利用真空热压工艺成功实现C/C复合材料与镍基高温合金之间的有效连接,并借助SEM、EDS和材料万能试验机,对连接接头的断面及断裂过程进行研究。结果表明:连接中间层可视为特殊的复合材料,接头的断裂模式应为积聚型断裂;而影响接头断裂主要因素则是连接面内各部分材料之间的热膨胀系数的不匹配。 The joint between C/C composites and Ni based high temperature alloy has a very important application prospects in the aviation, aerospace and military industry. In this paper, the joining of C/C composites to Ni based high temperature alloy is successfully achieved by vacuum hot pressing process. The cross section and the fracture behavior of the joint are investigated by SEM, EDS and universal testing machines. The results show that the interlayer of the joint can be regarded as a special composite and the mode of fracture is considered as the accumulation fracture type. And the main factor impacting the interlayer fracture is the thermal expansion coefficient mismatch among the components of the joint.
