摘要
针对胜利油区外围油田部分注水井注入压力高和注水驱替效率低等情况,开展了石油磺酸盐复配体系降低注水井注入压力室内实验研究。对于低渗透油藏来说,由于油藏条件和地层流体性质的差异,使胜利石油磺酸盐在油水两相界面的活性大幅度下降,因此,必须通过添加表面活性剂建立以胜利石油磺酸盐为主体的复配体系。室内实验结果表明,添加少量表面活性剂后,复配体系的油水界面张力可降至10^(-3)mN/m。岩心试验显示,注入以胜利石油磺酸盐为主的复配体系后,油水界面张力降低,残余油饱和度下降,水相相对渗透率上升,后续水驱替压力下降了57.3%左右,该体系能够有效改善低渗透油藏注水效果。
Aiming at the problems of high water injection pressure and low displacement efficiency in partial injection wells of outer oilfield in Shengli petroliferous district,laboratory experiment of decreasing injection pressure by combination petroleum sulfonate has been in process.Activity of Shengli petroleum sulfonate (SLPS) at oil-water interface decreases at large scale in the low permeability reservoir because of the difference of reservoir conditions and formation fluid features.The laboratory experiment shows that it can always make the oil/water interfacial tension depress to 10^(-3) mN/m with a little surfactant.The core test indicates that SLPS treatment causes deceasing of the oil/water interfacial tension,falling of the residual oil saturation,rising of the relatively permeability of water phase,finally the pressure of water drive may decrease by 57.3%.As a result,SLPS enables to improve the water injection efficiency effectively.
