钻采法在开采崔庙煤矿二_1煤极薄保护层的实践

摘要 为消除崔庙煤矿二1煤层开采过程中的突出危险性,利用钻采工艺对二1煤层下部的极薄煤层一9煤进行开采,实现二1煤层的卸压膨胀,达到二1煤层内瓦斯的有效解吸并增强瓦斯在煤层中的流动性。在此基础上,通过在二1煤层底板抽放巷内布置钻场对瓦斯进行抽采,使煤层中瓦斯含量、瓦斯压力明显降低,使二1煤层由高瓦斯突出煤层转变为低瓦斯无突出危险煤层,满足了被保护层工作面高产高效的生产要求。 In order to eliminate the coal-gas outburst danger in the exploiting process of Ⅱ1 coal seam in Cuimiao Coal Mine,the extremely thin coal seam ( Ⅰ 9 ) under Ⅱ1 coal seam was exploited by using drilling exploit technology. The pressure relief and expansion of Ⅱ1 coal seam was achieved,the effective desorption of gas in Ⅱ1 coal seam was realized,the liquidity of gas in coal seam also was enhanced. Based on this,through the arrangement of drilling field in the floor of Ⅱ1 coal seam and gas drainage,the gas content in coal seam significantly decreased and gas pressure went down obviously. The Ⅱ1 coal seam changed from high gas outburst coal seam into a low gas outburst and non-risk coal seam, and met with the requirements of highly efficient and high-yield production in the protective seam working face.
