爆破技术在立井硬岩施工中的应用

摘要 郑煤集团白坪煤矿副井设计为立井,施工至井深166.4~340.2m时遇到金斗山砂岩,岩石硬度系数f=12~14,造成爆破效率和掘进速度大幅度下降。为提高爆破效率及掘进速度,根据立井硬岩岩性及裂隙发育程度,对井筒炮眼装药结构及爆破参数进行了设计和优化,按期完成井筒施工任务,从而达到预期目的。 Zhengzhou Coal Group Bai-ping mine auxiliary shaft was designed for vertical shaft,while constructing to 166.4 - 340.2 meter's depth,it encountered with Jin-dou hill sandstone,the rock hardness coefficient(f)reached 12 - 14,which led to blasting efficiency and tunneling speed declining obviously. In order to improve blasting efficiency and excavated speed, according to the hard rock lithology of vertical shaft and the extent of fracture development,made a design and optimization on charging structure of the bore em- brasure and blasting parameters. By appling this technology,the construction task was completed in time,the expect goal was achieved.
