摘要
对浙江省40种乡土珍贵材的刨切加工、贴面板生产进行试验,评价分析其外观质量和装饰性,检测产品的含水率、浸渍剥离现象、表面胶合强度等物理性能指标,并对所研究珍贵木材的刨切加工与装饰的适应性进行聚类分析,结果表明,总体刨切效果和贴面后的性能较好,具有一定应用价值,可作为优选刨切材的有青榨槭、构栲、刨花楠、秀丽槭三角槭、稠李、枫杨、马褂木、小叶青冈等23个树种;木荷、白栎、樱桃、薄叶润楠、喜树、深山含笑6个树种为普通装饰刨切材;拟赤杨、铁冬青、蓝果树、东南石栎不适合刨切加工,同一树种不同厚度刨切单板对贴面效果会产生不同影响,且关系产品的内在胶合性能。
Forty local precious tree species in Zhejiang were tested for production of slicing for laminated board. Evaluation was made on board appearance and decoration quality, determination was carried out on water content, immersion strength and surface bond strength of the board. Cluster analysis on slicing and lamination showed that wood of 23 species such as Acer davidii, Castanopsis tibetanan, Machilus pauhoi, etc had good property of slicing for laminated board, 6 Species like Schima superba, Quereus fabric, Prunus pseudocerasus, etc had normal property, but 4 species like Alniphyllum forunei, Ilex rotunda, Nyssa sinensis and Lithocarpus harlandii are not suitable for processing to laminated board. Veneer of the same tree species but different thickness had effect on lamination and bonding performance.
