摘要
分析了辽河油田小龙湾地区火成岩储层中应用89 mm复合射孔器进行射孔完井过程中,出现射孔管柱遇卡事故的主要原因是射孔枪尺寸和密封垫子堆积。为避免发生遇卡事故,研制开发了76型深穿透复合射孔器。详细介绍了76型深穿透复合射孔器的技术原理及技术指标。该深穿透复合射孔技术不仅同时实现了深穿透和复合射孔2个目的,同时也保证了在101.6 mm及以上尺寸套管油井中进行复合射孔的安全。经过实际应用,达到了增产和安全的目的。
Analyzed are the main causes of perforated string sticking accident in the process of perforation completion by using 89 mm composite perforator in igneous reservoir in Xiaolongwan area, Liaohe oilfield. The analyses indicate the main causes are the perforater's size and sealing pads. In order to avoid pipe-sticking accident, developed is 76-type deep penetration composite perforator. Detailed are technique principle and performance index of this perforator. This perforator not only fulfils deep penetration and composite perforation, but also ensures safety of composite perforation operations in over 101.6 mm casing wells. Practical application shows that the production rate in the wells perforated with this perforator has been increased.
