摘要
EILog-05测井系统中的高分辨率双侧向测井仪在组合试验中发现其通讯可靠性较差,有时还出现曲线跳尖现象。对双侧向测井仪的通讯控制部分进行了改进设计,利用CPLD芯片EPM7256AE实现DTB通讯协议,开发了基于DSP的数据采集板。介绍了DTB通讯接口、CPLD逻辑、数据采集电路的实现方法以及软件控制流程的编写,并给出接收命令和上传数据的时序仿真。改进数据采集板的功率控制增加了低电阻率时的分段区间,改善了低电阻率时的信噪比。现场试验及油田应用表明,EILog-05双侧向数据采集板的改进设计有效提高了其在大组合系统中通讯控制的可靠性,并能有效消除测井曲线跳尖现象。
High Resolution Dual Laterolog (HRDL) tool of EILog-05 logging system provides abnormal log curves sometimes and has poor reliability of communication in the combination experiments with other logging tools. The improved design of communication control part has been made. Developed data acquisition board is based on DSP by using CPLD chip EPM7256AE to realize DTB communication protocol. Introduced are the realization of the circuits of DTB communication interface, CPLD logic, the time simulation of data receiving and sending process and software control procedure. The improved data acquisition board enhances SNR for low resistivity region. Field experiments and oilfield applications show that the improved EILog-05 dual laterolog data acquisition board can improve the reliability of communication control, and eliminate the curve abnormity effectively.
