非水溶剂紫外分光光度法测定乳酸依沙吖啶溶液的含量

摘要 目的建立测定乳酸依沙吖啶溶液中乳酸依沙吖啶含量的非水溶剂紫外分光光度法。方法以无水乙醇作为稀释剂,在374nm处测定吸收度。结果乳酸依沙吖啶在2.5~20μg.mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,R2=0.9999,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为0.92%。结论该法简便、快速、准确,可用于乳酸依沙吖啶溶液的含量测定。 OBJECTIVE To establish an ultraviolet spectrophotometric method by using the non-aqueous solvents to determine the concentration of ethacridine lactate in ethacridine lactate solution. METHODS We use the ethyl alcohol solution as the diluent to determine the Abs in the detection wavelength of 374nm. RESULTS There was good linear relationships within the range of 2.5-20μg·mL^-1(R^2 = 0. 9999), the average returns-ratio was 99.2 %. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used to determine the concentration of ethacridine lactate in ethacridine lactate solution.
