摘要
本文针对当前城市快速发展过程中土地资源紧缺和居民住房紧张等问题,结合山城重庆的实际情况,创新性地提出了利用滨江高架桥下的闲置空间为城市低收入阶层设计和建设住房的构想,并进行了相关的"桥宅"方案的设计,这对缓解城市土地与住房紧缺的现状问题具有一定的现实与指导意义。
Setting off on the current social problems during the course of rapid development of city, such as land resource shortage, housing short supply and so on, this paper put forwards the concept of using free space under the elevated bridge along riverfronts to build house for low-income groups basing on the reality of Chongqing, and introduce the scheme of ＂Bridge Housing＂, which has significance, to some extent, for the shortage of urban land resource and housing.
