摘要
为实现钢铁企业实现钢坯点修磨自动化开发了3-PTT型滑块式并联机床,该机床具有结构简单,易控制的特点,采用松下FP2可编程控制器进行对其进行控制,介绍该系统硬件配置以及编程方法,应用结果表明该系统编程容易,成本低,性能可靠。
To achieve the realization of billet steel mill automation point of amendment develop a 3- PTT-slider-style parallel machine tool,The machine has a simple structure,control characteristics ,It is introduced that for the characteristics of 3-PIT slider-style parallel machine tool by used FP2 PLC control, It is introduced that the system hardware configuration and programming methods, The results showed that the application of the system easier to program, low-cost, reliable performance.
