摘要
叙述了选用综合零件法进行非回转体成组加工工艺规程的设计过程。完成成组加工工艺设计后,使用数据库软件Microsoft Office Access建立数据库,数据库建立成功后,用Visual Basic软件编写查询、维护程序;最后,对程序进行调试,调试成功后运行。如果非本组零件但特征位码相似,对原有工艺进行修改,与新零件相匹配,存入数据库,作为新的数据,以便以后使用。
It decribes the design of process planning for a noncylindrical part family. Microsoft Office Access is used for establishing datebase, Then debugging the program after programmimg with Visual Basic for looking up and maintaining.To those parts which characterics code bits are not similar to the parts family,modify the process plan and save it to the datebase as a new process so as to it can be used later.
