摘要
针对螺栓联接的失效分析,考虑几种主要参数的模糊性和随机性,把模糊变量变换为当量随机变量,再利用仅含有当量随机变量的极限状态方程,用传统可靠性理论中的一次二阶矩法对螺栓联接的模糊可靠性进行分析;求出螺栓联接的可靠性指数和失效概率,给出算例,并对结果进行分析。分析结果表明,它具有广泛的实用性。
According to the failure analysis of bolt coupling,and considering several primary fuzzy and random factors ,the fuzzy variables were converted into equivalent random variables which were included in limit sate equations. The fuzzy reliability of was analyzed by first order second moment in traditional reliability theory. The reliability index and failure probability of bolt coupling were obtained,and an example was given. It has great practicability by analyzing the result.
