摘要
结合企业生产线实际利用定位原理和尺寸链理论分析了生产线上装配基础元件—箱体的定位夹紧问题。着重研究了定位方案及与生产流水线的适应性,提出了一种实施方案。方法应用于轮式拖拉机变速器装配线中,得到了较好的实验结果。研究证明,装配生产线上基础元件的合理定位有助于提高生产效率,稳定加工质量。
The problem of the transmission box body's positioning and clamping is analyzed by using position principle and dimension chain theory with the actual production line. The study focuses on the position programme and it's adaptability with the production line ,and then an implementation plan was put forward.The methods been applied to wheeled tractor assembly line ,get a better results. This study shows that the reasonable positioning device for based components are very useful in improving production efficiency and steadying processing quality.
