摘要
利用了Active X Automation技术,以VB6.0和Access 2003为开发工具对Autodesk Inventor进行二次开发,研究出筒形件拉深模具CAD系统.系统采用模块化结构,主要阐述了信息输入处理模块、工艺分析计算模块、模具设计模块和工程图绘制模块等主要模块及其实现方法,系统能够对不同规格筒形件的拉深模具进行计算机辅助设计,完全实现人机交互功能,提高了设计效率和质量。
Based on ActiveX Automation,taking VB 6.0 and Access 2003 as tool,the CAD system for Drawing Die for Cylindrical Parts has been accomplished with the further development of lnventor,a three-dimensional modeling software of A utodesk. On the concept of module structure ,this CAD system is composed of four main modules which are module of data input and processing,module of technology calculation,module of die design and module of two-dimensional drawing,and so forth. This system can facilitate design of all kinds of Cylindrical products varied in parameters and specifications ,meanwhile the efficiency of design and quality of Cylindrical products are enhanced.
