摘要
介绍了适合于旋转超声加工的纵向复合式超声换能器的设计。对其进行了理论分析,详细阐述了结构特点、振动方程、振速分布及应力分布等,并获得了换能器振子振幅放大系数、位移节点及应力极大点等参数。然后采用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行模态和谐振分析,得到的结果与理论结果比较,满足工程设计的需要,表明采用有限元法进行分析能够获得较高的精度。
Design of longitudinal composite ultrasonic transducer which is used in rotary ultrasonic machining is introduced. By theoretical analysis of ultrasonic transducer,it argues configuration feature ,vibration equation,velocity field and stress field etc. in detail,and achieves magnifying coefficient of amplitude ,displacement nodal position and maximum stress position. The modal analysis and harmonic solutions of finite element analyses of ultrasonic transducer are researched by using the finite element commercial software called ANSYS.The comparison with the results in theory is satisfied with demands of engineering. The achieved FEM results exhibited a remarkably high predictive potential of ANSYS.
