摘要
本文通过对国内外高校图书馆学科馆员的职责、素质、管理模式和服务模式等进行比较研究，提出构建阶梯式学科馆员服务模式。
Through the investigation on responsibility, diathesis, management and service model of subject librarians in university libraries at home and abroad, this paper puts forward to construct the ladder service pattern of subject librarians.
