摘要
介绍一种使用形状记忆合金(SMA)薄板作为鳍条的柔性仿生鱼鳍设计。SMA鳍条的尺寸参数(特别是厚度)对仿生鱼鳍的工作性能(驱动力、变形量和响应频率等)有很大的影响,本文计算了鳍条上的外界阻力大小;根据力矩平衡原理,计算了SMA鳍条克服外界阻力所需的驱动力;由实验给出了SMA鳍条最大输出力和其厚度的关系,以及平均应变和其厚度的关系;最后得出了形状记忆合金鳍条的重要尺寸参数(厚度)的优化取值。
The design of a flexible biomimetic fish fin based on SMA(shape memory alloy)is introduced in this paper. The SMA fin - ray dimension parameters, especially the thickness, have a great influence on working performance (such as actuating force, deformation ability, response frequency and so on)of the biomimetic fin. The following aspects are discussed: drag forces that act on the fin - ray were calculated; the force of SMA fin ray that needed to overcome the exoteric drags was also calculated according to moment balance principle; the relationship between SMA finray's maximal output bending force and its thickness as well as the relationship between average strain and the thickness were experimentally tested; the optimal thickness of SMA fin - ray was computed.
