川西低渗致密气藏水平井开发实践与认识 被引量:26

摘要 川西坳陷属典型的低渗致密气藏,为探索水平井的适应性,开展了4口水平井先导试验,试验探索了不同钻井方式、不同完井方式、不同增产方式在不同区块对产能的影响。试验结果表明,由于水平渗透率比垂向渗透率高2-3个数量级,导致了水平井自然产能与直井差异不大,均达不到工业产能。也正因为这一内在因素,导致了不同钻井方式、不同完井方式对致密储层水平井自然产能影响不大。针对上述实际情况,探索了酸压与加砂压裂改造先导性试验,酸压改造增产幅度不大,而加砂压裂效果却异常显著,增产倍比14倍以上。结合水平井加砂压裂现场实践,对于低渗致密气藏水平井,靠长的水平井段代替垂直井加砂压裂人工裂缝是不太现实的,即仍然需要加砂压裂才能获得理想效果,为类似致密储层水平井开发提供了有益参考。 West Sichuan Depression is a typical low-permeability tight gas reservoir.In order to explore the adaptability of horizontal well,the pilot tests of four horizontal wells were carried out,the affection of different drilling methods,different well completion system and different enhanced recovery technique on productivity was tested.Test results showed that,as the horizontal permeability is more 2-3 orders of magnitude than vertical permeability,the productivity of horizontal well and vertical well is little difference,the industrial productivity can't be achieved.According to these realities,the pilot test of acid and sand fracturing was done.The results showed that acid fracturing stimulation was little effect,and the effect of sand fracturing was very distinguished,the increase production is more than 14 times.Combination with the sand fracturing of horizontal well,it's not realistic to replace the artificial fracture of sand fracturing on vertical wells by long horizontal section in low-permeability tight gas reservoir,it still need sand fracturing to get the desired effect.
