摘要
中石化哈萨克斯坦阿特劳州Myentek和Sazankurak油田具有地层易漏、浅层气活跃、盐上层渗透率高等特点,固井施工险高,质量难以保证。通过对气窜水窜机理的研究,利用非渗透交联技术和颗粒级配理论,优选出了以漂珠微硅为复合减轻剂、胶乳、膨胀剂为防气窜剂的低密高强非渗透防气窜水泥浆体系,密度可控制在1.20~1.45g/cm3。开发了新型上拉式刚性、柔性自动灌钻井液浮箍。并根据该地区地层压力地层特征,通过固井施工压力系数的计算和监测预测技术,最终形成了哈萨克斯坦盐上井固井配套工艺技术。在该地区35口井中运用,固井质量合格达94.28%,基本解决了该地区固井存在的难题。
Myentek and the Sazankurak oilfield of Kazakhstan Atelao state have some features,such as leaky formation,active shallow layer and high permeability salty upper formation etc.,so,the well cementing operation is dangerous and the cementing quality can't be guaranteed.Through the research on gas channeling and water breakthrough mechanism,the barrier anti-gas channeling cement slurry system was developed by using the non-seepage crosslinking technology and the grain composition theory,its density may be controlled in 1.20-1.45g/cm3.Meanwhile,the flexible floating collar to fill the drilling fluid automatically was also developed.Based on the formation characteristics of Myentek and the Sazankurak oilfield,and calculation and forecasting techniques of cementing pressure,the matching cementing technologies suited for Kazakhstan salt upper well were formed.The technology was applied in 35 wells in this area,the qualification rate of cementing quality high up to 94.28%,and the cementing problems existent in the area was solved.
