摘要
运用粮畜生产协调度(CDGPAH)对福建省粮食生产和畜牧业发展协调状况的时空变化情况进行了定量分析。粮食生产和畜牧业发展协调状况的时序变化分析表明,1991-2005年来福建省粮食生产和畜牧业发展之间的相悖趋势日益严重,两者之间的协调状况可以分为两个阶段,第一阶段为1991-1999年,CDGPAH值由-0.66下降到-0.81,粮食生产和畜牧业发展处于冲突的发展模式阶段;第二阶段为1999-2005年,CDGPAH值由-0.81下降到-0.96,粮食生产和畜牧业发展处于相悖的发展模式阶段。粮畜生产协调度状况的空间变化分析表明,闽东南属于粮畜生产的相悖区,而闽西北则属于粮畜生产的基本协调区;但闽西北内部存在差异,宁德和龙岩两市属于粮畜生产冲突区,南平市属于粮畜生产基本协调区,而三明市则属于粮畜生产的耦合协调区。福建省9个地市粮食生产和畜牧业发展协调状况最好的是三明市,最差的是厦门市;各地市协调状况由好到差依次为:三明>南平>宁德>龙岩>漳州>福州>莆田>泉州>厦门。最后,针对福建省粮食生产和畜牧业发展相悖的原因,提出了协调两者发展的对策和建议。
Based on the index of CDGPAH, the temporal and spatial variations of the coordination situation between grain production and animal husbandry in Fujian province were quantitatively analyzed. （1）The result of the temporal variation of the CDGPAH showed that： From 1991 to 2005, the incoordination trend between grain production and animal husbandry became more and more serious, and the coordination situation can be divided into two stages. The first stage was from 1991 to 1999, during this stage the CDGPAH value decreased from -0.66 to -0.81, which indicated the development of grain production and animal husbandry was in a conflicting mode as a whole. The second stage was from 1999 to 2005, in this stage the CDGPAH value decreased from -0.81 to -0.96, which indicated the development of grain production and animal husbandry was in a incoordination stage as a whole. （2）The result of the spatial variation of the CDGPAH showed that： The development between grain production and animal husbandry in the southeast part of Fujian province was in an incoordination stage, while the northwest part was in a basic coordination stage. But inside the northwest part of Fujian province, there existed some differences in the coordination between grain production and animal husbandry; that is as to the CDGPAH value was considered, the cities of Ningde and Longyan belonged to conflicting area, Nanping belonged to basic coordination area, while Saaming belonged to the fairly coordination area. In the 9 prefecture-level city of Fujian province, the best coordination situation between grain production and animal husbandry was in Sanming, and the worst was in Xiamen. The coordination relation order was： Sanming 〉Nanping 〉 Ningde 〉Longyan 〉Zhangzhou 〉Fuzhou 〉Putian 〉Quanzhou 〉Xiamen. At last, some advices and policies were put foreword to coordinate the grain production and animal husbandry in Fujian province.
