摘要
目的:探讨长期的门球运动对男性老年人体质水平和体成分的影响。研究方法:选长期从事门球运动的男性老年人62名和其他60名不经常运动的老年人,测量并比较老年人体质水平与体成分水平。结果:与对照组相比,运动组体质水平好于对照组,体成分水平存在显著性差异。结论:门球运动对改善老年人体质水平和体成分水平具有良好作用,且有利于改善呼吸系统功能。
Objective: To study the impact of gateball exercise on the elderly male's physical fitness level and body composition. Research Methods: the 122 old people were divided into exercise group (62 long engaged in playing gateball ) and control group (60 never doing sports) 1. Their physical fitness and body composition data were measured and analyzed. Results: The physical fitness level of exercise group is better than that of control group, and there was a significant difference in body composion between the two groups. Conclusion: Doing gateball exercise could improve the level of physical fitness and body composition of the elderly, and could play an important role in improving their respiratory functions.
