摘要
日本三角涡虫是国际上研究涡虫再生和发育的模式动物,三角涡虫传统的分类学基础是以其生殖解剖学特征为依据.通过核型分析和RT-PCR技术,从核学和分子生物学水平对三角涡虫的分类学特征进行研究,结果表明:染色体和分子分类特征可以有效地辅助三角涡虫的分类.
Planarian Dugesia japonica has been internationally used as model animal to study regeneration and development. Traditionally, the taxonomic basis of planarians is based on the anatimic characteristic of their reproductive system. In this study, the chromosome karyotype analysis and RT-PCR method are employed to explore the taxonomic characteristic of the planarians. The results show that chromosome karyotype and character of DNA molecule can be effectively applied in the classification of planarians Dugesia.
