骨肽联合柳氮黄吡啶、甲氨蝶呤治疗强直性脊柱炎临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察骨肽联合柳氮黄吡啶、甲氨蝶呤治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法将45例患者随机分为2组,对照组22例使用柳氮黄吡啶及甲氨蝶呤治疗,治疗组使用骨肽联合柳氮黄吡啶及甲氨蝶呤治疗。结果治疗组腰背部晨僵时间明显缩短,Bath强直性脊柱失活动指数、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)较对照组显著下降,两组比较有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。结论骨肽联合柳氮黄吡啶、甲氨蝶呤治疗强直性脊柱炎有较好疗效。
