5-羟色胺在体表心电图心肌缺血改变中的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨体表心电图心肌缺血改变与5-羟色胺(5-HT)相关性的临床意义。方法测定体表心电图心肌缺血改变50例与对照组50例血浆及血小板中5-HT含量,然后昂丹司琼干预。结果血浆5-HT含量伴随体表心电图心肌缺血加重明显升高(P<0.05);体表心电图心肌缺血恢复,血小板5-HT含量降低(P<0.01)。结论体表心电图心肌缺血改变患者血小板释放5-HT增多,是血浆5-HT含量升高的原因。故血浆5-HT是体表心电图心肌缺血改变发生和持续的重要因子。 Objective It is to approach the clinical significance of correlation between myocardial ischemia changes on surface electrocardiogram and 5 - hydroxytryptamine (5 - HT). Methods The 5 - HT contents in plasma and platelet of 50 patients with myocardial ischemia changes on surface electrocardiogram and 50 cases in control group were determined. Then ondansetron was applied to interference. Results Plasma 5 - HT content heightened obviously along with myocardial ischemia aggravated on surface electrocardiogram ( P 〈 0.05 ), When myocardial ischemia recovered on surface electrocardiogram, platelet 5- HT content lowered (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Platelet in myocardial ischemia changes on surface electrocardiogram patients releases 5 - HT more is the reason of plasma 5 - HT content heightening. So plasma 5 - HT is important factor of myocardial ischemia changes occurrence and development on surface electrocardiogram.
