微波辐射磷钨酸催化合成肉桂酸正丁酯 被引量:2

Catalytic synthesis of N-butyl cinnamate under microwave irradiation and phospho-wolframic acid

摘要 以磷钨酸为催化剂,利用微波辐射技术合成了肉桂酸正丁酯。通过单因素实验和正交实验研究了各反应因素对酯化率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件:磷钨酸1.1g,微波辐射功率300W,辐射时间为40min,肉桂酸0.01mol,正丁醇0.09mo(l酸醇摩尔比1:9)。在此条件下,酯化率可达95.92%。 N-butyl cinnamate was synthesized with the technique of microwawe irradiation and the catalyst of phospho-wolframic acid. The main factors affecting yield of esterization were studied through single factor design and orthogonal experiment. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: phospho-wolframic acid 1.1g, microwave power 300W, irradiation time 40min, cinnamic acid 0.01mol, n-butanol 0.09mol. Under this condition ,the yield of esterization reached 95.92%.
