摘要
本文合成了一种新的超氧化物歧化酶模拟化合物[(Phen)2Fe-Im-Fe(Phen)2](BF4)5,通过红外光谱、紫外光谱及摩尔电导测定对其结构进行了表征;采用改进的邻苯三酚自氧化法,在体系的最大吸收波长(λmax=320nm)处检测了其超氧化物歧化酶模拟活性。结果表明:模拟化合物在25℃、0.1mo·lL-1Tris-HCl缓冲溶液(pH=8.2)条件下,具有明显抑制O-·2活性的作用,是较好的超氧化物歧化酶模拟物,其IC50值为24.34mg·L-1。
A new superoxide dismutase mimetic complex, [(Phen)2Fe-Im-Fe(Phen)2] (BF4)5 has been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV spectroscopy and mole conductance. Using a modified method of self-oxidization of pyrogallol, we investigated the SOD mimic activity of the dinuclear complex (λmax = 320 nm). The result showed that the new complex was able to inhibit the O2· activity evidently at 25℃ in the buffer of 0.1 mol·L-1 Tris-HCl, with pH8.2 and it might qualify as a candidate of better superoxide dismutase simulacrum, with a IC50 value to be 24.34 mg· L-1.
