摘要
改革开放以来,我国各类社会组织发展迅速,目前其总量已达300万家。社会组织的快速增长及其在社会生活中作用的彰显,大大拓展了社会的包容力与多元化格局,在增大社会资本的同时提高了公民参与社会生活的能力及其张力,加快了我国走向公民社会的历史进程。进入21世纪,我国社会组织的发展将面临许多新的机遇和挑战。虽然我们无法断定,它将会沿着怎样的道路向前推进,但可以肯定的是,社会组织在实践中的发展已经成为不可逆转之势。
Since the reform and opening-up,various social organizations have grown rapidly in China,reaching a total of 3 million up to now.The fast development of social organizations and their increasingly important roles in social life have enhanced the tolerance capacity and plurality of the society,increased social capital,promoted citizens' ability to participate in social life,and sped up China's move toward the historical process of a civil society.In the 21st century,the development of social organizations in China will face many new opportunities and challenges.Although we cannot conclude what path it will follow to move forward,but we are sure that the development of social organizations in practice has become an irreversible trend.
