摘要
基于GM(1,1)预测技术,构建了节能政策能源节约量测度模型,测算了《节能中长期规划》、《节能法》、《进一步加强节约能源工作的建议》等重要节能政策群的能源节约量。
Based on GM （ 1,1 ） , this paper constructs the calculation model of the energy conservation policy about saving contribution, and then caculates the saving contribution of the Energy conservation Long - term Plan, Energy conservation Law and Suggestion of Further Strengthen to Save Energy.
