摘要
分析了轴承钢冶炼过程中顶渣碱度对钢中氧含量和脱硫率的影响。通过试验证明增加石灰用量,控制顶渣碱度在2.59左右,能够降低钢中氧含量和提高脱硫率,对电炉冶炼操作及主要技术经济指标无不良影响,可在大生产条件下推广应用。
The effect of basicity of top slags on oxygen content in steel and desulphurization rate during smelting bearing steel has been analyzed. It is Probed by experiments that basicity of top slags controlled to about 2. 59 by increasing lime consumption can reduce oxygen content in steel and raise desulphurization rate writhout any improper influence on electric furnace smelting operatim and main technical economic indexes. It can be applied and disseminated under large scale production condition.
