金属/硅藻土吸附亮蓝染料废水研究 被引量:1

Study on adsorption of brilliant blue dye wastewater over Fe(Cu/Ni)/diatomite sorbent

摘要 以硅藻土为载体,Ni、Fe、Cu为活性组分,采取等体积浸渍法,制备了5%Cu、5%Fe和5%Ni金属/硅藻土吸附剂,以亮蓝染料为模型化合物,对金属/硅藻土吸附处理染料废水进行了研究。结果表明,金属/硅藻土对亮蓝有较高的吸附能力,明显高于纯硅藻土。初次使用时,5%Fe/硅藻土和5%Ni/硅藻土具有较高的吸附能力;再生后使用时,5%Ni/硅藻土的吸附能力最高,亮蓝初始浓度50×10-6下,5%Ni/硅藻土对亮蓝的吸附率仍高达33.1%,远远高于纯硅藻土的0.3%。 Adsorption of dyeing waste water on diatomite supported Fe ( Cu or Ni) sorbents was studied in this paper. The catalyst was prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method. Brilliant blue dye was used as a model compound. The results show that all of Ni (Fe/Cu)/diatomite, have remarkable higher adsorption capacity for brilliant blue dye than pure diatomite. The fresh 5% Ni/diatomite and 5% Fe/diat- omite sorbents have higher adsorption capacity. 5% Ni/diatomite shows the highest adsorption capacity when the sorbents was tested in the adsorption-regeneration cycle. The adsorption capacity of regenerated 5% Ni/diatomite can reach 33.1% ,which is obviously higher than the result obtained in pure diatomite (0.3%).
