摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）围手术期的护理。方法对52例腹腔镜胆囊切除的患者在术前做好健康指导和心理护理，充分进行术前准备，术中、术后生命体征和各种并发症的观察与护理。结果术前、术后采取有效的护理措施，保证了病人手术顺利及术后早日康复，所有病人均痊愈出院，术后无1例发生感染。结论周密细致的围手术期护理，是减少术后并发症、提高手术成功率、促进早日康复的有力保障。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing care of laparoscopic cholecysteetomy （LC）. Methods 52 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were given health guidance and psychological nursing before operation. The vital signs and a variety of complications of patients were observed and nursing care was given before, between and after operation. Results The nursing care of preoperative and postoperative were effective measures to ensure the success of operation and a fast recovery for patients. Conclusion The careful and meticulous perioperative nursing can reduce postoperative complications, ensure the success of operation and fast recovery for patients.
