摘要 了解七年制临床医学本科生对于开展《医学统计学》两阶段教学的需求状况,分析两阶段教学改革的对策。选取了毕业实习阶段的七年制学生20名为调查对象,设计了教学需求调查问卷,问卷发放20份,回收20份,回收率与有效率均为100%。使用Epidata 3.1录入数据,应用统计软件SAS9.1进行数据整理与分析。有80%的学生认为开展两阶段教学十分必要,七年制学生对于高级统计方法以及科研设计有着很高的学习愿望,同时非常希望系统开设统计软件教学,并希望增加实践教学内容。七年制医学生有开展《医学统计学》两阶段教学的实际需求。在教改中应当以学生的临床型科研实际应用能力提高为目标,合理设置两阶段教学的内容,加强软件应用能力训练,开展实践能力导向型的教学方式,适当引入新的统计学知识,确保改革实效。 To understand the demands of seven-year undergraduate students for double-phased statistics teaching and analyze reforruing measures of double-phased teaching, we surveyed 20 seven-year medical students who were at the stage of graduation practice. Twenty copies of survey questionnaire of teaching needs were distributed to the students, and all were collected, with the collection rate and validity rate of 100%. Epidata 3.1 was used to analyze the data. Of all the students surveyed, 80% recognized the necessity of the double-phased statistics teaching. They had a strong desire for studying advanced statistics and research design, and they hoped that statistical software course could be offered and practice-based teaching could also be added. There is a realistic demand for double-phased statistics teaching pattern among seven-year medical students. In the teaching reform, we should aim at upgrading students' ability in clinical research, make a rational arrangement of teaching content for the two phases, strengthen training in software application, conduct practice-oriented teaching, and introduce new statistical knowledge so as to ensure the effectiveness of the reform.
