摘要
目的探讨玻璃纤维桩在残根、残冠修复治疗中的临床效果。方法选择40例残根残冠患者,56颗患牙。经完善的根管治疗后,采用玻璃纤维制作复合树脂桩核,再以烤瓷冠修复,并经过0.5～2.0年临床疗效追踪观察。结果56颗患牙全部修复正常,无纤维桩脱落,修复成功率为100%,修复效果满意。结论玻璃纤维桩在残根残冠的修复治疗中,能达到良好的修复效果。
Objective To study the clinical effect of glass fiber posts on restoration of residual roots and crowns. Methods 56 residual teeth of 40 patients were endodontically treated and restored by glass fiber core and crowns, the follow-up was 0.5 to 2.0 years. Results 56 cases were satisfactory. The rate of success was 100%. Conclusion The restoration by glass fiber posts for residual roots and crowns can achieve satisfactory effect.
